St. Patrick's Day at our House

I don't know how many times I'm doing something with my kids and think, "Oh, I wish someone could come take a picture." (Especially since I just went through all of our Christmas pictures to find ONE picture of me- with no make up on and hair a frizzy mess. Niiice.) Well, it actually happened. The kids and I were reading about Jack and the Leprechaun when Greg got home from work. I love how "real" this picture is. If all 3 kiddos could sit on my lap- they would. So being as close as possible is the next best thing. I also love that no one is looking at the camera saying cheese. And you know they are way into this book because usually when Greg walks in the door it is a huge party and everything comes to a halt.
Last year we had so much fun with our GREEN food- we had to do it again. So we had GREEN pancakes, GREEN apple juice and GREEN pears for dinner. Lindsey was digging the green pancakes!

And of course, GREEN M&M dessert that was pretty much finger lickin' good!
Hope you had a great St. Patrick's Day!
