My Family

Here is our Kindergartner who is just loving school!  He was trying so hard to be brave the first day- but he was really nervous.  I wanted pictures of him walking up to his school and him walking with his class.  However, he did not let go of my leg.  They had a Boohoo/Whoo Hoo breakfast the first day.  I just assumed it was for the kids and parents.  So I told Taylor I would see him in just a minute at the breakfast after I walked him to his class.  Well, when I got to the breakfast- it was just for parents.  So after 40 min. of dying inside I had to go tell Taylor.  I knew he would be just waiting for me and I knew he would cry when I told him that I had made a mistake.  Sure enough, when I saw him in his class, he was watching the clock.  I felt just awful.  I had to have his teacher take him from me as we were both crying.  I stood outside the door for a few minutes and peeked back into his class.  He was just fine. 

And when he walked out he still had a big smile and wave for me!  He said he had a great day except for my mistake.  I told him- me too.

And the girls are loving Kindergarten too!  They get to ride in the wagon to and from school everyday.
