can I just ask my Tator is wearing a winter hat in august? I mean- I assume it was his idea!
Of course it was his idea! Gma Gardner made him that fun hat and gave it to him at Fish Lake. He won't take it off. He slept with it the first night. That's Tator Tot for ya!
